An experienced mediator who has conducted over 950 mediations since 2005, he is recognized for his impartiality, rigor, and discretion, as well as his listening skills, efficiency, and pragmatism. He has developed expertise in resolving complex commercial, partnership, and organizational disputes. Relationships are at the heart of his approach.
He also teaches mediation at several renowned universities and regularly supports companies and public institutions in the development and implementation of integrated systems for the prevention and resolution of conflicts and disputes.
In 2022, he received the Lionel J. McGowan Award for Distinguished Contributions to the Development of Dispute Resolution Methods, and he is co-author of the landmark book Mediation - Law Over Borders Comparative Guide .
